The Shop at The Yale Club of New York City strives to ensure that the items in your online order are promptly and securely shipped to you. We use the USPS to deliver most purchases in a timely manner, usually 2-3 business days (unless you choose an expedited option) and our packaging is designed to protect your times during transit.

Our shipping charges are at USPS rates, based on weight (and/or size of the packaging in some cases) and the value of the order, and we are able to pass along our corporate discount so the rates are reasonable, providing you with a seamless shopping experience.

Return Policy

At The Yale Club of New York City's Gift Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (credited to your Yale Club account number provided).

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, you can exchange your item within 30 days, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
